Enable an exporter
POST/:exporterId/enable
Enable the exporter with the given exporterId. After the exporter is enabled, the records are exported to this exporter. Without the physicalTenant parameter the exporter is enabled in every physical tenant; with it, only the given physical tenant is affected.
