Disable an exporter
POST/:exporterId/disable
Disable the exporter with the given exporterId. After the exporter is disabled, the records are not exported to this exporter anymore. Without the physicalTenant parameter the exporter is disabled in every physical tenant that has it configured; with it, only the given physical tenant is affected.
