Reset the internal backup runtime state

DELETE 
/backupRuntime/state

Resets all internal backup runtime state, including the latest checkpoint info, latest backup info, all checkpoint metadata entries, and all backup range entries. This is an administrative operation intended for use when switching backup stores, allowing the internal state to be cleared so it can be rebuilt against the new store.

Resets the state of every physical tenant unless physicalTenant narrows it to one.
